About the Role:
Insurance Specialist/Telemarketer Flexible Hours with base between $15-$25/hour, flexible schedule 25-30 hours a week between 9:00a to 5:00p Mon-Fri, possible some evenings and weekends on flex hours.

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Educate customers on their insurance options
- Meet weekly sales goals and daily call activity
Requirements:
- Some sales experience (retail, outside or inside sales or telemarketing)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Able to learn computer functions in short term fast-paced office.
- Current Property and Casualty license in Oklahoma and adjacent states
- Current Life and Health license in Oklahoma and adjacent states
- Ability to obtain a Mortgage License
- Team oriented with preferred Bilingual
